HOW TO APPLY AND RESERVE A FUTURE PUPPY

WHAT IS A WAIT / DEPOSIT LIST?
1. A deposit list is designed for families who are serious about adding a Criss Cross My Doodle Puppy to their family and  are willing to wait for a puppy that best fits their family's needs and wants such as... specific size, coat type, color or gender.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A PUPPY AND JOIN THE LIST TO SECURE A PUPPY PICK?
 To join our wait / deposit list, we require a completed puppy application form and $500 deposit. The deposit acts as your initial down-payment for a puppy and secures your place in line on the list. The selection process is handled in order of  when your deposit is received.

1. Simply fill out the puppy application form below to start the process. Make sure you are very thorough with the puppy criteria section so that we can help match you with a puppy that best fits your needs.

2. After you have submitted your puppy application, you can place your deposit through our Venmo or Paypal link to complete the process.

A SALES TAX OF 9.5% WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR PUPPY BALANCE IF YOU ARE  A RESIDENT  OR ARKANSAS OR PLAN TO PICK YOUR PUPPY UP IN ARKANSAS. WE DO ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT FOR BALANCES.
